Le Rue Martel is a quiet street in the 10th arrondissement, home to its founder, Ramon Palacios-Pelletier, for close to a decade spent working as a fashion and celebrity portrait photographer. Understated from the outside, it has long been a gathering place for the creative industry. The studio takes its name, and something of its character, from there.
From the Lower East Side of New York City to the 10th arrondissement in Paris, Ramon's eye has been shaped by three decades working at the highest levels of fashion and advertising photography. His work has appeared in Time Magazine, New York Magazine, ELLE France, GQ, Le Monde, Madame Figaro and L'Officiel, among others, and his advertising campaigns have run across France and Spain for agencies including Havas, Publicis and McCann Erickson and record labels including EMI, Sony and Universal.
That background, in light, composition, narrative, and the specific demands of fashion and advertising, is what shapes the studio's approach to AI. We don't use artificial intelligence to replace craft. We use it as a production medium, guided by the same visual intelligence that has always driven good image-making.
If you have a project in mind, or would like more info on how we work, we would love to hear from you. You can write to us at,
